Irwin Collier-1 sent me an email with the following comment:

"My mother started in the Paper mill when she was 12 as a Rag Sorter. She would tell us how she got the job. They dressed her in a long Dress to make her look older. She would tell us about how dirty the rags were. Big Piles of Rags. Can you imagine what type of job that was? Rode to work in a Buggy."
