Another mystery man is my grandfather's (Samuel Collier-2, Timeline) brother. For him I have found only four records and one story from my Aunt Mae [Virginia Mae Collier-1].

• 9 May 1887. Birth record. John Collier-2 born in Flixton to parents, Samuel Collier-3 (Timeline) and Ellen Taylor (Timeline).
• 19 June 1887. Baptismal record. St. Michael's Church, Flixton.
• 5 April 1891. UK Census Record. Living with grandmother [Sarah Rogerson-4] at 21 Moss Field, Flixton.
• 31 March 1901. UK Census Record. Living at 62 Brook Road, Flixton with mother and brother.
• 1919. Letter from Aunt Mae. "...At the end of W.W. I Grandpa tried to find his brother [John Collier-2]. Some how he knew he wasn't killed in the war. He had an address, but a Bobby advised him not to go in that part of town it was very rough, so he came on home."
